- At Life Line Supply we have tried our best to make our exchange policy as customer friendly and flexible as possible.
- In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the goods, but the goods are not defective or incorrect, the company reserves the right to refuse the return of the goods.
- We are happy to exchange any products that your have purchased within the past 15 days of its receipt, as long as the product/s are in their original condition and unopened.
- You will only be charged the shipping costs and a 3% credit transaction charge of exchanging the goods. Any variation in pricing of the goods will be credited to your account.
- For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot exchange or accept the return of items, which have been opened and used.
